ABOUT THESE ROLES
We are looking for two new members including an individual interested in becoming the Chair of the Management Board which sets Recoop’s strategies, monitors performance and ensures that it delivers high quality services, in a challenging, fast-changing environment.
Applicants should be aware of the challenges in the external environment in which Recoop operates and be committed to building a diverse Board. We would particularly encourage applications from women and individuals from a BAME background.
We are particularly interested in individuals that might be able to invest some time in our Board development as the organisation grows.
As a charitable organisation, Recoop board membership is unpaid, but out of pocket expenses can be reimbursed.
In addition to a commitment to attend quarterly board meetings (weekday mornings, Bournemouth / Poole), members are also expected to attend one half-day development day per year and develop a strong understanding of the business by visiting our services annually. Additional training sessions and meetings are held as required.
Interested parties should email a summary CV to Paul Grainge – Chief Officer.
