Bespoke illustrated business Christmas card design

Founded by successful property landlord, Jesse Fossey Taylor, ForTheLandlords.com is a revolutionary approach for rental landlords based on the mantra; ‘Find, Fix, Rent, Teach & Inspire’. Through ForTheLandlords.com Jesse and his team will help teach new and existing landlords how to grow a successful property empire and with their sister site, ForTheRenters.com, manage landlords lettings for them.

AllDesignOnline have previously worked with Jesse Fossey Taylor for a number of years on different projects. Following on from the logo and website creation, ForTheLandlords.com wanted to continue to promote the new brand with bespoke designed Christmas cards for clients.

The Project

The main purpose of the Christmas card was to not only enable ForTheLandlords.com to reach out to existing clients wish them seasons greetings, but to reinforce the new branding being used by ForTheLandlords.com and reiterate the core business message of property investment benefits.

AllDesignOnline discussed a range of options for the cards including textures and die-cutting areas out but this would be moving away from the new branding which is centred on clean simplicity which is; bold black and white design that is very focused and streamlined to reflect the nature of the business. With this in mind, AllDesignOnline stripped the design right back to simple line illustration using bold colours sparingly to create some visual interest.

3 design concepts were presented to ForTheLandlords.com, the selected design then went from concept to final artwork virtually unchanged as it incorporated all of the elements required and fitted in well with the new corporate branding and website.

The final card design was sent to print on high quality stock with a gloss finish, giving the card a quality feel to touch.
