Bespoke ClickFunnels Website for UK Landlord Network
UK Landlord Network

The UK Landlord Network is a community built by landlords, for landlords. With over 20 years of hands-on experience they provide practical advice for landlords, from lettings procedures to legal compliance, delivered via a Membership platform.
The UK Landlord Network engaged with AllDesignOnline to assist in building a new website using the online platform, ClickFunnels 2.0 which was a fixed requirement of theirs as they had already built up an extensive user-base using lead-engagement forms on the platform in anticipation of the new website being produced.
The Project
The UK Landlord Network (UKLN) approached AllDesignOnline to help turn their idea for a membership-based landlord community into a fully functioning online platform, built using ClickFunnels 2.0.
UKLN already had a thriving community through a private Facebook group, but they were starting to feel the limitations of relying on a social platform. To grow their reach and offer more structured, valuable information, they wanted a scalable website that could support both free and paid members. In preparation for this, UKLN had already set up a series of lead generation forms within ClickFunnels 2.0 to capture prospective landlords and build mailing lists ahead of launching their membership platform.
This introduced an interesting challenge. While ClickFunnels 2.0 is excellent for rapid deployment, offering ready-made content blocks and controlled editing, that strength can also be a drawback. The platform can be restrictive when it comes to custom layouts and bespoke design. Elements that are usually straightforward in a traditional website build can become more complex due to how ClickFunnels structures its editor and outputs code.
With ClickFunnels 2.0 being a fixed requirement, UKLN needed more than just design support. They also required specialist CSS and jQuery expertise to overcome the platform’s limitations and bring their vision to life with minimal compromise. This is where AllDesignOnline’s technical experience proved invaluable.
The primary aim of the website was to encourage landlords to join and actively engage with the community. It also needed to educate both new and experienced landlords through a mix of videos, downloadable documents and a structured ‘Landlord Blueprint’. This blueprint allows landlords to work through key stages of owning and renting property, helping them stay compliant and deliver a high standard of service.
The content was split into two areas. The Resources section is freely accessible and provides a high-level overview of key topics, while the paid for Landlord Toolkit offers full access to the complete blueprint and more in-depth guidance.
UKLN already had a logo and colour palette in place, but the overall look and feel of the site was open for discussion. We agreed that using illustrated imagery featuring people would create a softer, more welcoming experience, while still maintaining a human and relatable feel. The site was also designed to be fully mobile-responsive, ensuring it works seamlessly across all devices.
In addition, AllDesignOnline built a series of lead generation forms to support both free and paid memberships. These allow UKLN to communicate easily with members, enable members to ask questions, and even book phone calls directly through the site. The platform can be managed via the ClickFunnels 2.0 CMS, making it easy to update content and scale as the community continues to grow.
Despite the initial technical constraints, we were able to overcome these challenges and deliver a flexible, user-friendly website that supports both UKLN’s goals and the needs of its landlord community.
