LMMI first approached AllDesignOnline following a recommendation from an existing client. The requirements where slightly different to most, in that they were not actively promoting the business and seek out new clients in the conventional sense of marketing. Due to the specialised nature of their lending, clients are referred to LMMI directly.

With this in mind, large scale promotion was not a consideration and an effective branding and logo creation was all that was needed. LMMI were very clear in their desire for the branding, it had to have a focus around the Nottingham area, be authoritative and trustworthy but also modern with a hint of ‘thinking outside the box’.

Following several design samples produced by AllDesignOnline, LMMI settled on the idea of using a stylised building that reflected the architecture of Nottingham and The Lace Market area to represents the established an authoritative aspect, complimented by the dark grey background. To create a strong accent and also reflect the more modern aspect of the business, clean typography has been selected along with a citrus green. With all of the elements combined, the logo fulfils the brief and has created a strong identity for LMMI to build on.
