Huntingdon-based FirstMailing has been providing direct mail marketing services since 1998. As the world has evolved, their offerings have expanded to include both traditional and digital marketing solutions, catering to a wide range of industry sectors across the UK and Europe.
Having collaborated with AllDesignOnline on various promotional projects, FirstMailing naturally chose to incorporate a company brochure design as part of a cohesive marketing and brand strategy.
The Project
FirstMailing approached AllDesignOnline to design a brochure that showcased their diverse range of services with clarity and professionalism. While direct mail has always been their foundation, their offerings now extend to fulfilment, personalisation, digital marketing, and data services. The brochure needed to highlight this evolution while remaining rooted in their core expertise.
Each section of the brochure is dedicated to a specific FirstMailing service, featuring a concise description, a bespoke hand-drawn character to add personality, and an engaging infographic to highlight key benefits. A clean, structured layout ensures readers can quickly grasp the value of each service.
Vivid colour coding differentiates the sections, making the brochure easy to navigate. These bold shades are unified by FirstMailing’s signature purple, used as an accent colour to reinforce brand identity and maintain visual consistency.
A crisp white background provides a professional foundation, complemented by dark grey and purple tones. These neutral elements allow the vibrant colours and custom illustrations to stand out without overwhelming the design, creating a polished and approachable feel.
The final brochure strikes a balance between informative content and visual engagement. With its bespoke illustrations, bold colour scheme, and clear organisation, it positions FirstMailing as a leader in their field while effectively communicating the value of their services to potential clients.
