The definition of Southern Cross is a small conspicuous constellation in the southern hemisphere lying in the Milky Way near Centaurus. It is a spectacular secluded and spacious 2-tiered hillside property with stunning views of Falmouth Harbour sleeping a maximum of 8 people.
Antigua will leave you speechless, but with amazing stories to tell!
Antigua is a very social place, but once in the property with the gate closed, your own private oasis awaits. Soak up the glorious Caribbean sunshine, dipping your toes in the pool and looking out over the sea. If that becomes too hot, relax under the outside veranda or in the spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling shutters so you can choose how much breeze, sun and view you wish to have.
This property is uniquely placed to provide sensational views of both the sunrise and sunset, its hillside location ensures an uninterrupted view that you will not forget. Photos will not do it justice!

Antigua is known for having 365 beaches, one for each day of the year. This property is the perfect place to use as a base to explore as many of them as your heart desires. Whether you love water sports, cooking, reading, walking or simply sunbathing, this property is the perfect place to meet all your needs. The kitchen has been designed for keen chefs and also has an outside B.B.Q area. Envisage yourself cooking breakfast watching sailboats pass.
A place to relax for
Families or Couples
The house is versatile, great for a group or for a couple. It is spacious, well-appointed and the patio surrounds the gorgeous infinity pool which has an original cannon on either side.
There are mosquito nets in every bedroom but quite honestly, we have never used them as the gentle breeze and hillside location mean there are very few mosquitos.
You will, however, see many hummingbirds dipping in and out of the water in the 4ft wide copper bowl full of lilies bursting with colour.
Beautiful beaches
An Ideal Destination
The property has 2 cats that have taken up residence since being abandoned by their mother in the garden. They are quite vocal but shy and once you have been assessed by them, they will keep you company for hours. However, they are not allowed to stay in the property overnight.
Southern Cross is ideally located to enjoy the local night life, close to many restaurants and live music to be found in Falmouth. If a quieter evening is preferred, just sit by the pool and watch the sun go down over Fort St. George, enjoying the orange glow of the sunset as the night stars emerge.
The beaches are safe for swimming and the beautiful fine sand and turquoise water make it a unique and ideal holiday destination.
